When Can You Cancel Your Order?  

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t moved into the processing or shipping stage. If the order is still in the early phase, you're good to go!  

However, please keep in mind:  

  • Customized or personalized items can't be canceled once production has begun.  
  • To check your order status, simply log into your account or contact our support team.
     

If your order is already packed or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation won't be possible. In such cases, we’ll try to help with alternative solutions if available.  

When Should You Submit a Cancellation Request?  

To ensure a smooth cancellation:  

  • Submit your request before the packaging or shipping begins.  
  • Once the shipping process is underway, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
     

During high-volume periods like holidays or major sales, the window for cancellation may vary. Any exceptions will be clearly noted at checkout.  

How to Cancel an Order  

Canceling your order is simple! Here’s how:

  • Head to the ‘Orders’ section.  
  • Select the order you want to cancel.  
  • Click ‘Cancel’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

What Happens After You Cancel?  

Once your cancellation is confirmed and approved: 

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you used.  
  • It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.  
  • We’ll also send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled  

We’re unable to cancel orders under the following conditions: 

  • Customized or made-to-order items once production has started.  
  • Orders that have already entered the packaging or dispatch phase.  
  • Items marked as final sale or non-cancellable during the purchase process.
